Job Responsibilities:
This position plans activities aligned with early learning standards, supervises and develops classroom staff, monitors children’s development, maintains required program records, and communicates regularly with families. The Group Supervisor also ensures compliance with YMCA policies, Pennsylvania childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and staff-to-child ratios.
