Brief Overview:
We are seeking a patient, energetic, and nurturing Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. In this role, you will create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where our youngest learners can thrive. You will manage daily care routines—including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules—while leading fun, age-appropriate activities that foster early milestones. If you are passionate about early development and building strong partnerships with families, we want you in our classroom.

Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain continuous supervision to ensure total safety.
-Execute timely diapering and potty-training routines.
-Manage feeding schedules for bottles and solid foods.
-Enforce safe-sleep protocols for all infants and toddlers.
-Lead daily activities including tummy time, reading, and sensory play.
-Sanitize toys, gear, and surfaces continuously to limit germs.
-Log daily activities using our center's tracking app.
-Communicate warmly with parents during daily check-ins.
-Uphold state licensing standards regarding classroom ratios.
