Job Responsibilities:
•Plan and prepare developmentally appropriate activities and lessons which utilize strategies for student learning and behavior and adapt to a variety of student needs, behavior, and learning styles while supporting the goals and objectives of St. Paul’s curriculum.
•Maintain a clean and orderly environment conducive to learning for the age group.
•Prepare a classroom calendar and daily schedule, and student service reports.
•Develop positive, professional relationships with families, encouraging participation and dialogue while maintaining confidentiality.
•Work cooperatively with others in the classroom, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
. Qualifications include knowledge of best practices and developmentally appropriate methods as well as the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with families verbally, written, and digitally.
Daily hours may vary. Center is open 7:00 am - 5:30 Monday-Friday
