Job Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily routines

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

Maintain classroom structure, organization, and positive behavior guidance

Communicate professionally with families and team members

Collaborate with co-teachers and administration

Ensure compliance with DHS and Keystone STARS standards

Maintain required documentation and classroom records



Qualifications:

Experience working with preschool-aged children

CDA, ECE coursework, or degree preferred (not required)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Ability to follow policies, procedures, and classroom routines
