$1000 for all fulltime positions with 1235+ annual hours

Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania seeks energetic and passionate Teacher Assistants to serve young children with disabilities within our specialized integrated preschool programs throughout the regional area. The Teacher Assistant will provide supervision, care, and instructional support for Approved Private School, Early Intervention Center, or Friendship Academy classroom programs serving preschool-aged children with disabilities.
Essential responsibilities include assisting the PDE certified classroom Teacher with all lessons and activities, providing personal care, taking data, organizing and supervising children in the classroom and on the playground, and general support of children throughout the day. The successful candidate must have the ability to assist the classroom Teacher with working on educational goals and implementing strategies as well as assisting with the daily routine of implementing the preschool program in a safe environment. This position involves the school year plus a 5 or 6 week summer program.
