Brief Overview:
**Lead Teacher and Education Coordinator**
Tasfiyyah Academy & Educational Center One is seeking an experienced early childhood education professional with a verified PA ECE Career Pathway Level B or higher to support teacher development, curriculum planning, and our Keystone STAR 4 quality improvement goals. This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.
**Responsibilities**
- Model effective teaching practices and support teachers with lesson planning and classroom routines.
- Review curriculum implementation, child observations, and developmental activities.
- Coach staff, help identify professional development needs, and participate in quality improvement planning.
- Communicate professionally with families and center leadership.
**Qualifications**
- Verified **Level B or higher** on Pennsylvania’s ECE Career Pathway in the PD Registry.
- Experience teaching or leading in an early childhood program.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to meet Pennsylvania child care employment and clearance requirements.
