Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning strategies.
Provide high-quality childcare by supervising children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies to create a respectful learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, developmental milestones, and any concerns or updates.
Conduct assessments of children's developmental progress using standardized testing methods and document observations to inform instructional planning.
Facilitate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or those requiring additional support in areas such as speech, motor skills, or social skills.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, including first aid and CPR certification requirements.
