We are seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director to lead one of our early childhood education centers. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, building and supporting a strong team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, high-quality programming.
As a Center Director at FELS, you will not lead alone, you will be supported by a collaborative leadership team, clear systems, and organizational resources designed to help you succeed. Responsibilities
Oversee daily center operations ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
Lead and support staff development initiatives to maintain high-quality educational standards.
Manage budgets, enrollments, and resource allocation effectively.
Collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote center success.
Implement strategic plans to enhance program quality and center growth.
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and families.
Monitor program outcomes and continuously seek improvements.
Uphold the mission of Federation Early Learning Services by fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in early childhood education or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build team cohesion.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, compliance standards, and educational best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Administration, or related field
Experience working with diverse communities is highly valued.
Ability to develop strategic plans and implement them effectively.
