Job Responsibilities:
Lead teachers are required to ensure that the state licensing regulations, the STAR program quality indicators are met, and The Goddard School quality assurance standards are maintained 100% of time. They must maintain state ratios, know primary care groups, and complete threshold counts and name to face checks are required. They are required to use the online app for attendance, lesson plans, and assessments. They are required to plan and implement The Wonder of Learning Curriculum along with the weekly theme to advance the students intellectual, physical, and social competencies. They are required to keep the electronic daily report updated. It is their responsibility to create a neatly decorated and clean environment that is conducive to learning. They need to establish positive and effective family relations. They need to complete the assessment process for each child and share the results with the child's parents.
