We are a licensed childcare center seeking a dedicated Childcare Director to lead daily operations, support our small team, and maintain a warm, family-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities included: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, enrollment, and parent communication. Ensure compliance with DHS, Keystone STARS and CACFP. Supervise and support team of 5 employees. Provide classroom coverage when needed. Maintain documentation, licensing files, and safety standards. Support curriculum planning and classroom quality. Assist with budgeting, tuition tracking and supply management.
