Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy, math, physical education, and creative activities aligned with curriculum standards.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by applying effective behavior management strategies and adapting to diverse learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, utilizing data to tailor instruction.
Collaborate with co-teachers, parents, and specialists to support children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services.
Maintain accurate records of student performance data, attendance, and developmental milestones in compliance with educational regulations.
Support the development of social-emotional skills
