Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of the students.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Create lesson plans that are age-appropriate and engaging.
Encourage creativity in the classroom.
Model appropriate behavior for students.
