We are a center with a learning culture and a team atmosphere. We are looking to hire teachers who interact, initiate and encourage the children in the activities during the day. In addition, teachers must be kind and have experience to teach and nurture our children.

Job Responsibilities:
The key job responsibilities are:
*Interact, initiate and encourage the children in the activities during the day.
*Help the children control behavior using a positive, appropriate approach; making sure that the techniques are consistent.
Provide nurturing, but to help the children become independent.
*Help the children learn appropriate social skills.
*Maintain good communication with parents and to make each parent feel at ease at the center.
*Plan activities for the children.
*Develop a cooperative and supportive attitude within the classroom.
*Perform record keeping by passing on observations regarding the children's health, behavior and development.
*Attend monthly staff meetings.
*Assist in the maintenance of the classroom as a clean, organized and interesting place for the children to spend time.
*Must comply with state regulations as well as with Program Policies of Bright Beginnings Daycare and Preschool
