Job Responsibilities:

Care for and develop a stimulating environment and curating resources.
Design and implement curriculum driven by the children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child in a mixed age setting
Partner and communicate with families, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
Supervise, guide and document child interactions
Regularly reporting to parents
Invest in the life of the school by participating in weekly meetings and school events
Learn, reflect and collaborate with colleagues
Enjoy working with young children
Have a professional, nurturing demeanor
Have a knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach (or a willingness to learn)
Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and early childhood theory and practice
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display effective, engaging, creative educational skills
Display ability to work independently and as part of a group
Display the ability to remain calm within pressure situations, problem solve and resolve conflicts Maintain strict confidentiality
